Started taking these and within a couple of days was doubled over with chronic stomach pain and bloating. Then it’s expensive as you can buy from savers in £9 which i findout later on,wasnt happy with the product,price and broken seal.

There is no flavour which i prefer easy to swallow seems to have helped needing smaller portions at mealtimes

I might add back in 2012 i had tried 2 other bands that did nothing to help
