Pros & Cons
Cons
Highly disappointed. They do absolutely nothing. Absolutely useless. Waste of money. Should not be allowed to sell these totally useless.
These are nothing like 'fat binder' tablets i have used in the past. It says in the leaflet you may get constipated. Advertised as containing orlistat but if definitely does not.

The reason so many people have failed using these is because most diets are carbladen and not fatty

So my advice would be to either follow a low carb moderately high fat diet with the tablets or do what i do i use a combination of other tablets and i keep my litramine for when i have fatty meals like a fried breakfast anything heavy with cream yogurt cheese deli meats etc

If you take these and there’s not enough fats lipids for them to bind to they will cause flatulence

However if used properly you’ll just poo more and the stool will be a lot softer due to the high fat content

I would highly advise not taking litramine with these because the phentermine is 100x more effective exaggerated opinion not fact and at least 23x more expensive plus requires prescription and you run the risk of the litramine binding to the coating which is tightly wrapped around the phentermine and pooping out the lot
