Pros

Reminds me of tuco salamanca, taking a blue hit from walt. Slight ‘zing’ at first but not intolerable.

Cons

Used 2 pumped in each nostril and wanted to die. It burns my sinuses really bad, irritates them, and makes me sneeze like crazy.

Original xlear is far superior. It is of little help if it cannot be regularly used. Just too harsh and did not work that well.

This stuff with the cayenne burned at first but now i have aclimated to it

Ive tried both formulas and didnt have a better result with the capsicum

Price is a little high but it’s a clean product so that’s the price you need to pay

Packaging/appearance

I don’t care about the burn it clearly states that on the bottle

Honestly i was very skeptical that a spray would be able to pull anything out of the deeper recesses when a netipot couldnt even do it

Competitiveness

This is much stronger than the regular xlear

I combine this with neilmed sinus rinse for even better relief
