Pros

One puff in each nostril clears sinus. No burning afterwards. Helps clean out gunk and acts as an antibacterial. Some places note a risk of rebound congestion.

Cons

The grey cap was still stuck on the pump. The packaging is very misleading. It contains oxymetazoline, which can cause rebound congestion.
