Ive washed the cardigan several times and the color still bleeds

I ordered the cardigan in black to serve as a cover up and to help with cold days at the office

It bleeds on my clothes when worn and bleeds when washed

And ive had difficulty getting the clothes damaged by the bleeding of the cardigan back to normal
