Pros

I have bilateral osteoarthritis of the knee. I use these for squats to change the angle (for leg workout modification) and daily for stretching my calves.

Two ramps allows for custom stance position. Perfect for squats if you want to shift focus to quads. Much better than trying to use a plate to elevate my heels/toes.

The craftmanship of these ramps are amazing. Thick and sturdy. They are sturdy and well made.
