This little gizmo works! But the unit here works flawlessly. Works even with marantec garage door opener. Much better than the * remote given by the hoa.

Cons

Tried on 2 different door openers listed as compatible, unable to pair to either. Hold down button 1 and press button 2 four times. The day i received the device that battery was dead and since then i have changed it four more times.
