Pros

The magnets on the unit are powerful, and i've never felt like i'm overloading it. My only issue is that the top rack is kind of bowed/doesn't sit flat.

Cons

The paper towel holders are useless because the rolls are too big and the are left is tiny. The reality is enough room to hang dish rags.
