Pros
This kit contains all the variations you might encounter for connecting sensors and widgets. It's still a matter of getting those tiny pins into the crimper. The qiabok has a nice explanation of how to crimp them.

Wide variety of connectors and pins great for tinkering projects
Great option for 3d printing and arduino mods or repairs
My only complaint is the wire ribbon is quite a bit more stiff than i’d like it to be
I guess the only possible downside is the metal pins themselves are not gold plated or other higher quality and they could be a bit better
Price
Good price works well and very easy to use thanks

When you need to make inline connections on jst xh connectors you need this kit

Most if not all of the jst xh kits come with female connectors and male pc board connectors

They each have their benefits but its still a matter of getting those tiny pins into the crimper then setting the wire in
