I own a few other grip strengtheners and for higher resistance levels the thick handles were uncomfortable as i could not get a right grip and get the repetitions going
Increases grip strength for rope climbs carries and all the other crazy stuff you have to do in these races
The surgery corrected and got rid of my trigger finger issues this hand gripper has given me strength again
Its extremely hard to squeeze the handles together but its really building my grip strength for my other lifts
