I called the customer service to cancel the internet service and the customer rep lajuana was so very helpful
I am referring to the folks at the amazon for comcast customer service center
I cannot speak to the actual internet service as of yet we all know its expensive but try to live without it but if it is anything even close to the experience with their customer service reps then i will be ecstatic
After third 90 minutes call i learned they could not or would not offer comparable internet service without bundling a television package that made their comparablespeed offering more than twice as expensive as the internet only service i got through xfinity and amazon
