The surface of the neoprene did come with some defects as shown in the pictures so 1 star knocked off

I just wanted a little blocking to help with more private conversations so i didnt bother to double up the neoprene to start with but if i decide i need more soundproofing ill put another layer on so theres 1234 of neoprene foam
