With newer technology on televisions the old vga connectors are rapidly becoming obsolete

Unfortunately the audio plug is too short to reach the port on the opposite side of the laptop so i am unable to use the sound feature

I would recommend if sound hookup is important check to see that both the vga and audio jack are on the same side
