The red fabric that sheaths the cord beneath pulled out of the end of both cords on the side with the larger port within ten days exposing a big gap area of offwhite cord beneath

I will edit my review once i have exchanged it with him as customer service should be given the opportunity to right a wrong prior to total judgment of the product

I liked it so much that when i noticed they were back on sale again i bought 2 more the only odd part of this product was that 1 of the 3 cables i ordered had a very confusing message on the package
