The second one look fine but both have the same problem it cannot connect the cable with any device but i found out that the usb cable they have connected only connect 2 small wire which inside the cable should have 4 small wire i guess if they connect all 4 it wont be able to hide into the iron arm thats why it cannot provide enough electricity to the cable and it doesnt work to charge any device

So you have to tighten it back up to keep it from moving on the you every time you use it
