If you were using this for scrapbooking or general arts and crafts, i believe it would probably work well enough but don't use it to raise anything you don't want compressed. It scrapes off very easily after application. Not 1/8 thick.

The previous two orders of these xcel neoprene sheets had an adhesive backing but my third order has no backing
They work but foam will come off if you hit it with anything that picks at it like briars or constant friction
