We ordered a few of these controllers at christmas time and one of them ended up having a headset jack that wasnt working right

I put those thumbstick caps on it to protect the thumbsticks myself it doesnt come with those

I was under the impression the whole controller was neon green but only the top plate of the controller is neon green and the bottom of the controller is standard white

We have had crazy problems with headsets not working so we decided to get new controllers
