Totally perfect product as good as the genuine microsoft play and charge kitscan’t fault them one bitonly thing i do find strange is the spare pair of controller battery cover doors for which i have no use as the controllers themselves come with doors already come with battery cover doorscan’t help but think it would keep costs down not to include them

That being said the customer service has been very good and the team have assured me that the ones i received must have been faulty and offered me a refund

They are good but don’t hold there charge as good as an official one

Either way it is fairly obvious that the battery has completed its charging cycle
