The color is actually very nice but it didnt have the grip that i was looking for on a phone case

It did have a gray colored frame on the front that you could set the phone down on to protect it

It did seem to have the corners padded and built up so it would give you nice protection if something happened like dropping the phone

It doesnt make your phone look too bulky but is not one of those ultra thin ones

The front edge of the cover does wrap around the edge of the phone so that it is a layer of protections and the face of the phone will not be touching the surface that you set it on as the case raises it just a bit
