Exceeded expectations exceeded my expectations strong very strong had to dismantle the battery holder to move it around so the battery would fit under the seat they need to improve that once that was done it was firm and strong no rattles and a very good bike even without motor power it rides well with pedal and motor does 15mph easily this product does not work i got this bike over a month ago for commuting to work
