My only bugbear is the 10 year shelf life of the internal lithium battery. I really like having a 10 year battery, as it means you don't have to worry about replacing batteries or forgetting to change them yearly.
They are identical but have a handy lcd screen that shows the real time co level, so i would opt for those. This smoke detector is of fundamental importance for all homes that have fireplaces and other sources of heat.
Alarm is easy to install and test out. The housing connects the alarm to the wall easily and smoothly. Fitting is simplicity itself.

I haven’t tested the alarm sound but looking at how good the quality is i don’t think i’mgoing to have any issues at all
Good quality product and i had no issues with it
Without a matching heat version for the kitchen not fully compliant with the new scottish legislation

Although its mains powered the backup battery has constantly been running down

This is particularly annoying as it meant that i had to remove the battery from my transcranial direct current stimulation device
