Cons
Alarm is a sealed unit so you can't change the battery. Once the battery goes flat you have to dispose of the whole thing. Sold by a seller who is not interested in meeting basic consumer laws.

Allow a 10 degree anti clockwise from horizontal on the left hand hole when drilling the wall for the base fitting
