Pros

Four-stars is reasonable rating and a well earned review for a company that offers first-rate customer service. This weather station looks very smooth, nice and fancy, like an apple product, using the classic white color.

Display includes month, date, year (european order) and day of the week. Time; sun/cloud/rain illustration; indoor temperature; indoor humidity. It also has an alarm function, and a graphic display which tells you if it's clear/cloudy/raining.

The display is clear and colorful. Screen is colorful and legible but somewhat on the small side. In a dimly lit room the display is beautiful.

Cons

The display is only readable in a dark or dimly lit room. Half the time it lays face down on the table when i go to bed.

Because they were so responsive it cost me very little time in working with them for a resolution

Gt there some faint but noticeable scratchesscuffs on the screen surface even new out of the box

After that both the taylor and avantek units showed the correct outdoor temperature which was received from only the avantek transmitter

Simply because avantek customer service was firstrate in dealing with this issue after i brought it to their attention

I received the avantek ag25c wireless weather station as a review unit from avantek

Having the avantek unit in a brightly lit room also makes reading the display difficult
