Pros & Cons
Pros
The color is excellent (not too blue). Customer service is ready to answer any inquire!
After evenly sprinkling the seed on a raked up area of grass, the newly seeded area was lightly covered with bagged mulch. It's a very fine, narrow leafed grass that germinates and thrives in heavy shade.
Retired man uses this product to reseed a heavily shaded, moss'd in patch of lawn. Says reseeding is a good hobby where one can get much needed exercise. Seems like it is coming up in our shaded hillside.
Cons
Completely disappointed with this deceptive product. It's md (the state where i live) sell by date appears to be 06-2018 (the last digit is missing) did not grow at all.

The first mowing was not a great success because fescue is a very fine grass and does not mow well when too wet or if its allowed to grow too long
