Lumbar support is almost non existent (io) but manages to be comfortable when you include the vibration setting- vibrates along with controller not a massage vibration. The sound of the two stereo speakers paired with the subwoofer is amazing!

It sits at a great height and is pretty well cushioned. It is not to cushiony nor to hard, seems the perfect texture for sitting hours upon hours in. The arm rests are not padded but they are a sleek design.

Would recommend lowering price by about $40-$50 due to additional purchase that are needed. Super nice leather not fake stuff.

I have 3 boys and as any other teenager they love playing video games. Firat few months works great. Aka great for gaming or wanting to sit for a bit.

The chair is packaged horribly, it's a very heavy chair. When i lifted the box everything broke through the bottom of the box onto my driveway. Horrible build quality.

The only saving grace is the price. Did not even last a month. Do not waste your money. Buy from someone else.
