This is exactly as hoped. It's easy to clean. I definitely recommend and the price is very fair compared to similar products.
These defrosting trays are absolutely fantastic. They defrost really beautifully. Works well for both cutting anddefrosting. Put one below your item and one on top for even faster thaws.
Both sides have some rubber edging to help keep it from sliding around your counter tops while chopping. It feels very sturdy with a nice weight. Extra bonus is the chopping board on the back.

Sometimes things are written a way that make you think there are two but when you get it there is only one

You just need to take whatever you want to cook out of the freezer maybe even only half an hour before you want to cook them put them on these trays and they defrost really beautifully

I tried it out with just thawing out a package of hamburger and it really didn’t take long to thaw out
