It is a little stiff the first several time you load the phone especially if you have the earphone jack plugged into the phone and makes it a little difficult to slide the phone in but gets better after several uses

Sometimes the volume and playpause control was lost but i found that if i unplugged the plug from the phones audio jack and plugged it back in it worked

I use the armband five times a week and so ive stopped using a case on my phone since it nearly broke from putting it on then taking it back off so many times

The gray plastic lining where the armband loops through in the product picture its the gray part on the left side has started to pull away from the band
