Pros
Would recommend. This seems to be the best bang for buck camera out there. Only problem is ship with us standard charge.
Wyze cameras are a superb replacement, their picture quality is outstanding even when zooming in. The cameras are pretty widescreen and pickup a lot. Image quality is top notch and the night vision is spectacular.
Motion sensor is great. Contact sensors are great. We have one in our business office and one in a window pointing out at the carport/driveway.
Cons
Wyze blame it on amazon for selling the devices internationally. If your internet goes down, no camera access, even when your phone is connected to the same wifi as the camera. Vlc disconnects. Have contacted the seller via email.

I needed 3 but didn’t want to buy an extra one until i had tested them so i was thrilled when i ended up with 4 right from the getgo
Competitiveness
Work great and at a spectacular price compared to other options
The only thing that could give it a run for it’s money is the new sonoff cam
We purchased two wyze cams to monitor our home and dog whilst away from home

You’ll need an sd card to record footage but you can live stream footage without the sd card

Great camera and the app is also awesome my only suggestion would be to update the alexa app to be able to turn the cameras onoff and be part of routines
