Pros
These filters are fantastic! I prefer them over the ones that came with the fountain originally. These are a thicker weave, and catch everything! While using the carbon & resin filters.
Both the cat and dog love the fountain, and i love knowing that all that debris and chemicals aren't getting into their tummies. This catches lots of nastiness. And i find the water is no longer slimy.

But on the 2nd day 3rd day if i was too busy to wash it he wasnt as happy with it

He would paw at the spout and i even caught him dipping his paw in the water then licking it

Then i noticed if i didnt wash it for 3 days the water seemed to be slimy
