This is the third filer i’ve bought for my fur babies. My dog and i both like it much better than clipping the nails. If you are confident with the clipper and need to take off a significant chunk of nail, the clippers is faster.
It's not very noisy (yes you can hear it. Just makes a low buzzing sound) i am pleasantly surprised at how well the device sounds and works. This one removes nail, with less noise than any if the orders.
It is easy enough to find anywhere and very affordable. I recieved it exactly as described. Very gentle and super easy to use.
This thing works beautifully and is absolutely worth the money. It does everything it says it does. It's super compact.
It's rechargeable and the battery lasts forever. Size is perfect for quickly maneuvering around and grinding all of the nails.
Cons
The grinder head isn't course enough. When i put my dogs nail against the grinding wheel, it vibrates his toes. Worthless for a med or lg breed dog.

Definitely have styptic powder waiting nearby no matter how confident you are with the clipper
Didn’t work for a newfie but good product

I nor the vet ever considered a grinder because the sound is somewhat jarring and we assumed he would be more afraid of that than clippers if that was even possible
