I thought i would love this knife but for me the shape and design of the blade is not as functional as i thought it would be

It is a bit bizarre looking so i looked it up on both williams sonoma and wusthof’s site and couldn’t find it

The hollow edge does not really prevent vegetables from sticking to the side of the blade
