I must admit i was impressed with the quality and manufacturing of this product

I send back and order new one arrived completely diffrent quality very sharp and vell packing

The only down side is its price is too high but if it lasts i just bought it then i think it is worth buying

This was within my budget just and i had just bought the wusthoff birds beak peeling knife which i love so i decided to buy it

Be careful when sharpening as the blade needs sharpening at a different angle to other wusthof knives
