Very sharp out of the box enough to dice paper with a paper test

I received a wusthof kit as a gift a few years back and while they come in pretty generic packaging and look pretty generic theyre kind of like the bruce lee of knives you dont realize the power theyre packing upon first sight

The wusthof classic series are my go to knives for a serious meal preparation as a person who loves cooking and currently i switch between cheap knives and higher quality knives depending on the application
