Keeps collars neat - no curl up at the end or uneven lay. Magnet is pretty strong but have to be careful or front button will fall off. My husband likes the ease of the magnets and it lasts all day.

With all this wfh lately i have had a major increase in zoom meetings and as such i typically wear a work polo but i found that the collars were rolling a bit or flapping all over
