To get this magnet sited squarely on a flat surface means you can nearly pull it. Strong cable to pull the magnet out and it all works brilliantly.

Good quality magnet for my first foray into fishing for metal on a canal boat holiday. Just like with metal detecting you never know what it is you will unearth or pull out of the water. Whether it be an old shopping trolley or a valuable roman coin.

Cons

There is no n (newton) rating and so the magnet cannot be valued appropriately. After the 2nd use the magnet completely detached and was unable to be found.
