Stiff and provide excellent wrist support they are very tight and dont allow for much movement in the wrists which is what i prefer when it comes to wraps
Very happy with the purchase i purchased these for my boyfriend because his old wrist wraps were getting a little foul smelling
They offer great support for my wrists even at higher weights and i can get through my sets without pain
Help so much with wrist support while doing front squats over head squats over head presses bench and plenty of other lifts
