Totally recommend them for runners. Last a decent while too. But in the long run they are cheaper and certainly well worth it!

I like the coolmax as it features great temperature regulation and prefer it to merino wool. I order more mostly because they get lost somehow in the washer or dryer.

Double-up is a good way to add a little extra meat to your sock, in case you prefer something slightly less thin. They are thinner than hiking socks i already own because they are two layers. The xl socks are a little bit short.

Keeps your feet from getting blisters on long walks. I'm a courier 10 miles a day average. They are the only socks that keep my feet comfy all day. No blisters ever.
