Pros

I have a beautiful sterling silver necklace that was handcrafted in iceland. I now have what looks like a brand new very expensive bracelet that shines and sparkles. Two of them include onyx and one has turquoise.

It takes a bit of elbow grease but the finished product is worth it. It's easy to use and not messy.

The consistency is great (no separation or oiliness) and no overpowering chemical smell. The cleaning sponge comes with it inside the jar. The cream is very effective and there is no harsh smell.

Cons

This stuff is messy to use, although you don't have to wear gloves unless you skin is very sensetive. Does not work on sterline silver after dishwasher spots. Not as advertised.
