Pros

Door opens/closes and holds open perfectly. It is also not noisy, typical sounds it makes. The instructions are very easy to understand.

This pump works perfectly. Ease of installation is great. Speed adjustment and snap action closing.

Cons

Closeer works great until the last 3 or 4 inches, then the door slams loudly. It pulls it closed too strongly, so it bangs. Need oil 1/2 year to close.
