Pros
I have a 12/12 pitch roof that doesn't get any sun so my gutter freezes up. This tape is superior to the type that has the temperature sensor under the insulation.
Cons
The pilot light comes on but goes back out when you release the red button. These are simply horrible products, very cheaply made, and rather expensive to buy.
