Pros
The wrangler 20 suitcase is exceptionally durable when used as a carry-on. The only drawback is that this is not expandable unlike more carry- on suitcases. I'm a woman who packs a lot of clothes for trips and everything fit beautifully.
Handle feels flimsy but has held up just fine. Wheels turn well and handle is great.
Cons
It’s no longer usable. No return, refund or exchange. The inlay is like plastic foil and smells awful.
The only measurement that's accurate is the height. Broken foot is a clear indication of low quality and quite honestly a disappointment. Better to purchase something a bit more expensive but durable.

Needed a last minute hard sided case to transport high security item to be checked for a last minute trip

Unfortunately when we checked the exact size with a measure it was slightly larger than the allowed maximum height for many of the transatlantic carriers
