They are thin, disposable/replaceable when worn out, and easily trimmed to fit. These have a rougher texture than you might expect. I live in texas where we have triple digit temps 3-4 months a year.
These liners work great for my rubber slide sandals. Best way to describe what these so is by comparing them to those thin * liners bur for your feet. It’s a liner that simply keeps the inside of the shoes clean.
Cons
Product description says high arch whichi took to mean a supportive insole. If you are looking for a cushioning insole this is not it. Too stiff, stiff and rough.
