Pros

Fast communication between seller and product. This unit easily compares with the $1k to 2k name brands. It's so nice to deal with a company who actually cares about their product.

Replaced an outdated chrome, delta faucet with this one. I like their product, but glad it’s not plastered on the f sink.

The problem is he had to seal the tiles around the tub. That means we can's wipe the water drip on the wood floor. Unable to use because it is lodged against tub.
