It reads very smoothly - with great flow. I'm not a fast reader, and i don't have a lot of time to read, but sometimes when i sink into a book i'll find myself making time for it.
Cons
If you have to write about yourself in such a self-centered way, perhaps it is better to self-publish? Very repetitive. Too much information all along.

Sometimes this format the book was written in causes the flow to be disjointed and awkward but not here in this one
