Cons
The holding fixture is not machined properly. When you try to flare a tube, it flares one side and squashes the other. It's too flimsy for flaring even soft copper.
These are just about unusable. Not happy at. This item is a piece of junk.

The first thing i noticed is that it leaves fairly deep groves cut into the copper behind the flare when you tighten it down

The instructions do not indicate how far from the edge the copper pipe needs to be for a proper flare

That took 4 or 5 trials to get right

Seems on 38 tubing it is about 1834 and for 1434 tubing it is 11634

The other thing is that the tubing needs to be perfectly straight where you are adding the flange and for about 134 back or the flange ends up crooked and useless

This is far from a precision piece of equipment but for one time or occasional use it gets the job done if you are careful
