Pros

I wish the cordless version was available when i bought mine. The setup including unboxing took about five minutes.

This is an actual chain saw, which demands respect and carefulness. Motor is powerful and the saw cut through 3 inch limbs effortlessly!

I have two other regular chainsaws. This one will do the thicker limbs on shrubs and ornamental trees safely without the kickback.

For weekend warriors who want to keep all 10 fingers, this is the one. Superb solid operation with outstanding results.

Cons

I wish the worx folks would manufacture a more robust jawsaw. What a scam. No one really wants to understand decent use and care of tools or fixing anything, we just call someone.

The problem seems to come down to the automatic chain tensioner. You have to keep loosening and retightening the tensioner bolt over time. Re tightened it.

At times but with the jawsaw the limb can’t kickback much … with a regular chainsaw it would be much more

Like the product but i do not see where to purchase more than one chain

Not sure how much is normal usage but it used half the container that was sent with the saw
