A tip is to not scoop out the way all the poo immediately once they’ve done it but rather shake the contents around so that the little presents they leave you are fully covered in litter before you attempt to scoop them out that way all offerings are nicely coated in litter and can be easily scooped out without leaving residue on your scoop nor on the side of the litter tray

So mine arrived with a scratch tear in the side which meant some of the sand was leaking

The bag is supposed to be vacuum packed however the most recent two deliveries have had multiple ‘slices’ in the bag itself clearly not done in transit
