One reviewer complained about not being able to move up to a higher level as he wishes but the game is designed such that one has to accumulate a certain amount of dollars in a lower level casino before one can move up to a higer level casino

This is an obvious anomaly in the game however even if this were a live poker game with such inane bets the reviewer might get close to the same result as he is with this game
