So far thank goodness no one has broken in to the house but when the kids have accidently set the alarm off i get the alert immediately on my phone and i can view cameras to see what is going on

It was a pain to install but ive bought another security system before and was extremely disappointed this one met my expectations but the manual writer needs to be fired

After a few unintentional panic activations i opened up the remotes and modified them so they are harder to push

The one reason this product does not get 5 stars is that the wifi function is a main selling point but the app

After about 3 weeks it started failing to connect with the app

I contacted support and received a firmware update for the console that seemed to fix the problem but the system lost connection again about a month later

Manually turning off the power switch on the console and doing a hard reboot doesnt seem to bring it back online either
