    Sometimes it won't close without aligning the sides, simply due to pressure being exerted against the foam which in turn pushes the plastic sides out.

    So, what i ended up doing is cutting out the bottom part of the first layer to match the middle layer so the top layer didn't put to much pressure on the top of the projector and mess up the controls.

    The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because i had to spend 30 minutes to customize the foam to the projector and accessories.

    The case is a little burly for the epson home cinema 640 that i bought with it, but it looks like i could drag the case through the office, up a flight of stairs and the projector would fire right up.

    The pull-apart foam is a little hokey, but it fits nicely, so maybe my complaint is moot.

    Ignore the reviews that claim it's not rigid enough.
